The QUICKEST and EASIEST Chicken Alfredo Recipe!

Need something delicious to eat last minute? Then you best bet is to try making a pasta. With pasta, they are so simple to make and you can use literally ANYTHING. Pastas can be as basic or creative as you want. Yesterday I decided to be basic (sad right) and make some Chicken Alfredo. Now not only do you get the recipe and pictures with this one, you’ll get a FULL TUTORIAL VIDEO! I forgot to mention I had to use a Wok because in my new apartment, I do not have a pot and pan set just yet. Still worked out perfectly fine.

Ingredients

  • Alfredo Sauce
  • Rotisserie chicken (4-5 oz.)
  • Fresh spinach
  • Pasta of your choice ( I used Mostaccioli)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Minced garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Chicken stock

Directions

  1. Bring pot of water to a boil (salt generously)
  2. Boil your pasta of choice (turn off heat about 2 minutes before direction’s finish time)
  3. Run cold water on pasta to stop cooking and set aside
  4. Add light drizzle of olive oil in skillet over medium -high heat
  5. Add 1 tsp of minced garlic
  6. When garlic starts to sizzle, add a small handful of spinach and sliced chicken
  7. Stir and let cook for 2-3 minutes
  8. Add 1 cup of Alfredo sauce (add more if desired)
  9. Add 1/3 cup of chicken stock (add more if desired)
  10. Let simmer for about 2 minutes
  11. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  12. Toss or stir all ingredients
  13. Let sit for another 1-2 minutes
  14. Serve and enjoy!
  15. OPTIONAL: Top with fresh Parmesan and parsley for more flavor and presentation
