Spicy Parsley Sauce


    • Chopped Parsley
    • Chopped Italian Parsley
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Grapeseed Oil
    • Chili Flakes
  1. Chop 2 tbs of regular parsley
  2. Chop 2 tbs of Italian Parsley
  3. Place in bowl
  4. Add 1 tsp salt
  5. Add 1 tsp pepper
  6. 1 tbs red chili flakes
  7. Add grapeseed oil until at your desired consistency
  8. Mix in bowl (continue to add oil or desired ingredients to your liking)
  9. After being satisfied with taste, Serve and Enjoy!

Wonderful served as dipping sauce (may want it more “runny” for this, but also can be good served over a red meat or fish (may want it thicker for this)!
