QUICK AND EASY Breakfast Scramble


  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup of broccoli (fresh or frozen)
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsely (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • Other desired ingredients (more vegetables, sausage, bacon, etc.)
  1. Crack open and beat 4 eggs into a bowl
  2. Heat grapeseed oil and 1 tsp of butter into skillet
  3. Add broccoli and begin to sauté for about 4-6 minutes over medium high heat
  4. Add beaten eggs
  5. Season with salt and pepper
  6. Continue stirring until eggs are scrambled to your desired doneness
  7. Remove from skillet to a plate
  8. Top with mozzarella cheese
  9. Garnish with parsley
  10. Serve and enjoy
