Sriracha Tofu Nachos


  • Sriracha Seasoning Blend
  • Tortilla Chips
  • Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 Extra Firm Tofu
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Asparagus
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Half Yellow Onion
  • Half Green Bell Pepper
  • Celery
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • American Cheese
  • Parsley (garnish)
  • Red Chili Flakes
  • Any Extra Vegetables of Your Choosing
  1. Take 1 block of extra firm tofu and sit on paper towel to drain moisture (15 minutes)
  2. Meanwhile, gather all vegetables, chop them, place in bowl
  3. Chop tofu into blocks and place in separate bowl
  4. Season tofu with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sriracha blend and toss
  5. Add grapeseed oil to pan
  6. Sauté tofu (about 6-7 minutes)
  7. Remove tofu from pan to a plate (leave leftover oil in pan for added flavor to vegetables)
  8. Add vegetables to pan and sauté
  9. Season vegetables with salt, pepper, and red chili flakes
  10. Stir vegetables until desired doneness
  11. Remove vegetables from pan to a plate
  12. Place tortilla chips on a plate
  13. Top toritilla chips with vegetables and tofu
  14. Split slice of American cheese and place on top of vegetables and tofu
  15. Add another layer of tortilla chips
  16. Add remaining tofu and vegetables
  17. Top with mozzarella cheese (to melt)
  18. Garnish with chopped parsley
  19. Serve and Enjoy
