HOMEMADE PARSLEY SAUCE


Pan Seared Tuna topped with Parsley Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs Finely Chopped Parsley
  • 2 Tbs Grapeseed Oil ( or Olive Oil)
  • 1 Tsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tsp Water
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  1. Finely chop parsley and add to bowl
  2. Add grapeseed oil
  3. Add paramesan cheese
  4. Add water
  5. Add salt
  6. Add pepper
  7. Mix ingredients in bowl and serve immediately

MAKES ENTREE PRESENTATION BEAUTIFUL AND MAKES FOOD TASTE VERY REFRESHING
